Stop Press Saminas end of season party is on May 1st (my birthday) at Little Italy in Aberdeen. If anyone would like to join us there please let me know.

Hi there I reside in Balmedie near Aberdeen in Scotland. I have recently released the power of Bollywood and Middle Eastern Dance into the North East where we have classes in  Inverurie, Ellon and Aberdeen.  I have studied many forms of dance over the past 20 years including, jazz, tap, street, western line and Middle Eastern. Over the years I have learned that it really does not matter if you can get the steps exact or that you are a bit out of time. I have suffered from depression for many years and have found that I can channel my thoughts into my dance which elevates me and helps me with my recovery. During this I have found that others also feel better and happy after a dance session. My main aim is to get as many people dancing and enjoying themselves as possible. Whether you are a couch potato or a fitness freak you will enjoy the classes and get some exercise at the same time.   We live in such a busy society with lots of stress that makes any free time we have precious. Use you free time to enjoy yourself with other likeminded people and loose the day to day stress.
