Intermediate 

Pointing Hip Hits   Once you have grasped the hip hits we can go on and practice pointing hip hits. You can make up different combinations using hip hits by pointing your hips either to the front, side or back.

Try the following sequences: 

1. Right hip hit, to the front, side and back. Repeat on the left.

2 Right hit front x 2, side x 2, back x 2. Repeat on the left

 

 Start by standing with your knees slightly bent.
